I received an email today asking what my opinion was in regards to this question. Thank you Chris S.
Time is our perception of reality. Nothing happens nor occurs at the time before or after that moment has initially happened, it is synonymous with the events that occurred. So to talk about events happening after the moment has passed is irrelevant, for nothing more than another moment has transgressed further from the initial instance.
In summary, after the moment has occurred another one begins. A moment is our perception of reality, and just because we believe a moment to hold significance, it is the events that occurred in the time frame which inevitably held the emotional worth and significance, not the time involved.
